On Friday and Saturday the crew placed the wheels under the structure
and began building the bed that the house would roll on to move off the
old foundation site.
By now the foundation is several piles of rock placed around the
lot. The stone used was gorgeous and so we decided to try and
salvage as much as we could.
At the end of Saturday, they had attached all of the wheels and bolted
on the header that the tractor attaches to. The crew had been
working many weekends on other projects, so they wrapped up early that
day and went home (about 2.5 hrs away).
